1. Object of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking, use and stay at the facilities offered by Your Sicily Home by Gabriele Donato. By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts the terms set out herein.
2. Booking
The booking can be made through the official channels of the property or through authorised platforms. Confirmation will be sent to the guest with all details relating to the stay, included services and applicable conditions.
3. Cancellation and booking changes
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Any changes (dates, number of guests, length of stay) are subject to availability and may require an adjustment in price.
In case of no-show or early departure, the amount corresponding to unused nights may be retained according to the internal policy of the property.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: takes place at the times communicated by the property and requires valid identification for all guests.
Check-out: must be completed by the time indicated to the guest.
Any special needs must be arranged in advance.
5. Behaviour and use of the property
Guests agree to:
use the premises and equipment with care and respect;
maintain civil behaviour and respect the quiet of the neighbourhood;
comply with safety rules and internal regulations.
It is forbidden to:
smoke inside the premises, except in designated outdoor areas;
organise unauthorised parties or events;
allow access to unregistered persons without prior authorisation.
6. Damages and guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or equipment during their stay.
Any damage identified at check-out will be charged according to restoration costs.
7. Cleaning and maintenance
The property is delivered clean and in good condition.
Final cleaning is included unless improper use or exceptional circumstances require additional intervention.
Guests must promptly report any malfunction or damage.
8. Pets
Pets are allowed only upon request and confirmation. Additional conditions may apply.
9. Personal items and security
Your Sicily Home is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are recommended to safeguard their valuables properly.
10. Force majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances or situations beyond the control of the property (natural disasters, public service interruptions, legal restrictions, etc.), Your Sicily Home cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience affecting the stay.
11. Contract termination
Violation of these terms by the guest may result in immediate contract termination and removal from the property, without entitlement to a refund.
12. Jurisdiction
For any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court is that of the location where the property is situated, unless otherwise required by law.
